By booking or using services from Finding Limo, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Booking & Payments

• All bookings are subject to availability.

• Pricing is confirmed at the time of booking.

• Advance payment may be required.

• Additional charges may apply for extra stops, waiting time, route changes, or special requests.

3. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup may be subject to a cancellation fee.

• No-shows will be charged the full booking amount.

4. Waiting Time

• Airport pickups may include complimentary waiting time.

• Additional waiting time will be charged at the standard hourly rate.

5. Passenger Conduct

Passengers must behave respectfully and responsibly.

• No smoking inside vehicles

• No illegal substances

• No damage to vehicle interior

Any damages caused will be charged to the booking party.

6. Limitation of Liability

Finding Limo is not responsible for delays due to traffic, weather, road conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

We are not liable for lost or forgotten personal belongings.

Our maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid for the booking.

7. Force Majeure

We are not liable for service failure due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, accidents, government actions, or public emergencies.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Canada and the applicable provincial laws.

9. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
